🥘 Ingredients

1 lb (450 g) ground beef

½ cup finely chopped onion

2 cloves garlic, minced

Salt & black pepper to taste

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 can refrigerated biscuit dough or pizza dough

2 tbsp butter, melted

2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp garlic powder

Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

Cook beef

In a skillet, cook ground beef with onions and garlic until browned.

Drain excess fat and season with salt and pepper. Let cool slightly.

Prepare dough

Preheat oven to 190°C / 375°F.

Flatten each biscuit or pizza dough piece into a small circle.

Assemble bombs

Place a spoonful of cooked beef and a sprinkle of cheddar cheese in the center.

Fold dough over and pinch edges to seal completely.

Add garlic Parmesan topping

Place bombs on a baking sheet.

Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and garlic powder.

Bake 18–20 minutes until golden brown and puffy.

Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve warm.
