Instructions
1. Prepare the Seafood
Split lobster tails in half lengthwise. Pat scallops dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture for a better sear. Season both lobster and scallops with salt and pepper.
2. Cook the Lobster
In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons butter over medium heat. Place lobster tails cut-side down and cook for 4–5 minutes until lightly golden. Flip and cook 2–3 more minutes until lobster is opaque. Remove from skillet and set aside.
3. Sear the Scallops
In the same skillet, add remaining 2 tablespoons butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add scallops and sear for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and opaque in the center.
4. Combine & Finish
Return lobster tails to the skillet. Drizzle with lemon juice and gently toss everything in the garlic butter for 1–2 minutes.
5. Serve
Transfer lobster and scallops to a plate. Spoon remaining garlic butter from the pan over the top. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
