Cook bacon
Fry bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Drain on paper towels. -
Toast bread (optional)
Toast bread slices until golden brown. -
Prepare toppings
Slice tomatoes and season lightly with salt and pepper. -
Assemble sandwiches
