8 oz fettuccine (or any pasta)

1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined

1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), sliced

2 tbsp Cajun seasoning (divided)

Salt & pepper

2 tbsp olive oil
Alfredo Sauce

3 tbsp butter
-
4 garlic cloves, minced
-
2 cups heavy cream
-
1Β½ cups grated Parmesan

Β½ tsp paprika
-
Β½ tsp black pepper

Cook pasta
Boil in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside. -
Season proteins
Toss shrimp and steak separately with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. -
Cook steak first
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a skillet over high heat.
Sear steak slices 2β3 minutes until browned. Remove. -
Cook shrimp
Add remaining oil and cook shrimp about 2 minutes per side until pink. Remove. -
Make Alfredo sauce
In same pan, melt butter and sautΓ© garlic 1 minute.
Pour in cream, simmer 3β4 minutes.
Stir in Parmesan, paprika, and pepper until smooth and thick. -
Combine everything
Add pasta, steak, and shrimp back to skillet.
Toss gently until coated in creamy sauce. -
Serve hot with parsley and extra cheese.
